I just got home from a 5 course dinner at Orchids at Palm Court downtown. It's in one of my absolute favorite hotels in downtown Cincinnati EVER, The Hilton Netherland Plaza. We got to sit at the Chef's table in the kitchen in the middle of it all. Needless to say, I've eaten myself into a food coma.
Now for the outfit....I've had this dress waiting in my closet for so long. I absolutely love it. I know I know, I say that about everything! I wish I didn't have to cover it up with a cardigan. The shoes...oh the shoes. I got these originally $80 shoes for about $10 last Spring at DSW. Oh how I love thee DSW.

Yeah, I'd say the dress was worth the wait...it's gorgeous! And I love those shoes...especially with the DSW discount. I could spend hours wandering through DSW :)

I love that color on you. It really suits your blonde hair. Is that cardigan black? It's hard to tell. I almost looks plum, which would look amazing with the color palette!

How can you not love this dress? As for the cardigan coverage, it beats wearing a shawl or a bolero, no?
