I am super disappointed this morning.  I really thought it was Friday when I woke up. GRRR...oh well, at least it's pay day...and food day for my birthday!  Told you I could milk it for a week ::evil laughter::

#12 outfit:  this is from yesterday.  I really love how wide these pants are.  I always feel like I'm in PJ's when I wear them.  I want to find a pair of jeans this wide...any suggestions?

#13 outfit: this is something I threw on this weekend.  These shorts are some of my favs. I love the olive green color.  They really go with just about anything.

As I mentioned in my last post, we made the playoffs for volleyball.  Apparently everyone did.  It reminds me of elementary school where NO ONE was a loser and EVERYONE was a winner.  Since it was a play off tournament the winner would move on to the next round.  Our game didn't start until 9:15pm and well let's face it, that's pretty close to my bedtime.  I thought for sure we were losing and I'd be home my 10:30 at the latest.  Nope!  Not this time!  Apparently we drank some "bad ass" juice that day because we won and had to move on to the next round!  We lost the last round, but it was a lot of fun.  I didnt' get home until 11:30...phew I'm sleepy.

Funny thing, our volleyball team won maybe 3 games out of the million we played and we still made it to the playoffs! I'm still laughing so hard.

I love this dress so much.  The only problem is it's really tight in the belly area.  I don't think I could get by wearing it without something over it.  Oh well.  I hope wearing this bright yellow belt and bright pink necklace wasn't too much.  I liked it. Guess that's all that matter ;)

It's that time of year again where I start getting insane busy at work. It probably won't stop until this time next year....wooo! I really like being busy but sometimes the stress levels are out the roof.   With that being said, please forgive me for the sporadic posts and lack of comments.  I'll try my best to keep up!

On to the outfit...I wasn't the happiest camper in this outfit yesterday.  Let's face it, I was tired and not excited about it ALREADY being Monday.  I threw this together and was out the door. Maybe I could have done without the belt...idk.

i have been dying to wear this dress!! I love it!  I found these shoes at the last minute for just $20 and couldn't pass them up.  Aren't they crazy!!? I love them. 

My birthday celebration was a blast! It was so great to see all my friends that I haven't seen in awhile.  I just love them so much.  I decided to celebrate a week early (actual b-day is July 3rd) since everyone is out of town for July 4th weekend.  Hmmmm wonder if I can milk it for a week!??!!

Anyway...this guy right here is my EVERYTHING...

I am so ready for my weekend to start!  I'm already home and about to pack for Louisville!  I'll be taking pics tonight!  Tomorrow we are going out back in Cinci with friends to celebrate my oldness.  Warning, my b-day dress is not part of my 30x30.  Ya know, the whole it's my party I can cry if I want to thing.  Except no crying.  Well, if I don't get Skyline after we leave the bar, I might cry.

This was my Wednesday outfit and my favorite skirt ever.  I had to rush around to our last Volleyball game so I didn't have time to post.  We won our last game!

This skirt has a double slit in the back.  It causes this awful flap that drives me insane. I should have taken a pic to show you.  Good thing this it's cute or it would go to the back of my closet ASAP.

Wednesdeee

Good morning!  It's already Wednesdeeeee (as my country family would say)!  I have a pretty eventful weekend coming up.  Friday I'm going to Churchill Downs in Louisville.  I've  never been so I'm really excited to get dressed up and watch some horsies race.   We also get to stay at one of my FAVORITE hotels...21c  It's a museum hotel with all 21st century artwork.   It's the only one in the world right now and they are going to be building one in Cincinnati soon!  Their sales team wants me to come down and check it out.  I book a lot of meetings/events in the Louisville area and I want to see what to expect for Cincinnati.   If you are ever in Louisville Kentucky make sure you check it out!  After all of that, we celebrate my b-day back in Cinci with all my buds. Hurry up weekend!

The outfit...I think you've seen this dress about 2189371237 times!!  It's my first time pairing it with a blazer and I dig it.

BOOOO the weekend is already over!  It's getting late and I'm so tired.  Sorry for the rambling post.  It's sleepy time!   As you know I was knee deep in paint so it put me a little behind on my 30x30.  I'm still finding paint on me.  I love this belt!  I bought it so long ago and forgot I had it.  So glad we found each other again

Finally finished painting! It looks so pretty!  This was my Friday outfit but I've been too busy to post....I'm BEAT!

Paint party

It doesn't really matter but I've been posting my outfits from the day before in the mornings.  I've been super busy after work everyday so it's just worked out this way. Again, doesn't matter.

We are painting the condo this weekend! I'm sick of the dark tanish color it is now.  I painted it when I first bought the place and I've wanted to change the color for awhile now.  Painting is SUCH a pain in the ass!  I don't get a whole lot of natural light so I'm going with an ultra light gray.  I'm pretty excited to see it all finished.  This is the first project Drew and I have worked on together.  I'm curious to see how well we do this together.  He was looking pretty stressed this morning hahahaha! We'll probably pick up some beer and wine to help us out.  Make it our little paint party. Wish me luck!

With my last 30x30 I went through all the possible outfit scenarios and made notes in a notebook.  Not so much this time.  I'm winging it.  It's working out for me so far.  I'm not a morning person at all so I'm a bit surprised by this.
